Salmon + puff pastry... any good ideas?
I'm not 100% sold on necessarily using the puff pastry, but I have salmon for tonight and would love to do something more interesting than just broiling it like I usually do for a quick dinner...
I will now go and re-read the lengthy salmon threads that abound here...

I once had an interesting presentation - salmon with some other stuff (probably some veggies, I think also squid-ink noodles, maybe some kind of sauce) wrapped in puffy pastry. When it was served sliced, all the different components were displayed - think puff pastry sushi almost.
