Contact info for Ruffolo in Venice

In another thread, Ruffolo in San Giacomo came highly recommended. However, my internet searches keep coming up dry (although I am learning a lot more about Mark Ruffolo, the actor). Does anyone have an address/phone number for Ruffolo? (And hopefully this is the correct spelling....)
