Late Night Chow Spots - Phoenix/Tempe/Scottsdale
Just joined this website and I must say...very informative!!!
I'm in search for late night grub (sans the usual choices - Denny's, IHOP, Waffle House, & 5&Diner) with the kitchen open PAST 10pm.
I've done some research on the site and have found Delux (unfortunately I cant eat beef and am on a gluten free diet), and Carlsbad Tavern.
Suggestions?
Thanks!!

Late night eating in The Valley? Surely you jest! For a city with over a million people, Phoenix is still bushleague, but after living there for years, here's the best that I can come up with.
My Florist stays open late and provides great piano music until 12 or 1 if I'm not mistaken. Sandwiches, salads, soups and a bar. The atmosphere is good to.
Cheesecake Factory on weekends stays open and serves until around 11.
Don't forget the Arizona Casino. They probably stay open all night and while the dining is on the order of hamburgs,l sandwiches, etc., at least it's nourishment. Watch out for the smoke; it can be overwhelming.

re: Fendel V
Casino Arizona does indeed offer 24-hour dining.
While the McKellips location boasts five dining venues, only two of them are open 24 hours- The Willows Restaurant ("an assortment of freshly carved deli sandwiches, burgers, and abundant salads in a casual atmosphere") and The Salt River Cafe ("pizza, chicken, burgers, sandwiches, snacks and other light fare"). Note: the sweet potato fries at Willows are, IMO, horrible.
If you find yourself at the Indian Bend location, do not fear as it offers up two 24-hour venues, as well. The Blue Coyote Grill serves up tasty Pacific-rim stir-fries, as well as baby-back ribs (haven't tried myself, but have heard others rave about them), salads (try the exquisite Thai-inspired salad!), sandwiches, and steaks. The Wandering Horse Cafe serves up excellent thin-crust pizzas (I loved the vegetarian pizza), as well as pasta dishes, sandwiches, prime rib dinners, as well as daily plate specials.
Unfortunately, you will encounter smoke at the casinos. If you're looking to giving your lungs a respite from inhaling tobacco and other carcinogenic compounds while you dine, then I suggest going to The Willows Restaurant; while I'm not 100% positive about it having a non-smoking section, I do know that the other 24-hour venues DO NOT.

Shale, they have more than just the burgers at delux. Their Chinese chicken salad is pretty darn good. Knowing the Arcadia/Biltmore crowd, they are likely quite adept at handling (insert dining preference here) with aplomb.
Fenix Bistro just recently started serving food until 2 AM on weekends.
