Hatch Green Chilis
I just got a surprise gift delivered to my door. My cousin sent me about 8 lbs. of fresh Hatch Green Chilis. Anyone have some favorite uses? A batch of rellenos will be happening for sure. And I know I can roast and freeze some for later use when the weather is not so beastly hot. What is your favorite way to cook them?
I'd make just great green chili....for smothering burritos, or eating with some homemade tortillas. You could also do a chili relleno casserole....so many great ways to go...
