What to do with Hatch chiles?
I have seen fresh Hatch chiles in the markets, and have also spotted a few roasters around town (Phoenix). What do you make with the raw/fresh and/or roasted chiles?
We are on the same wave length. I am making chilis rellenos tonight. Tomorrow I will finish roasting the rest and will freeze for later use in green chili stew, green chili and chicken enchiladas. It is hand haveing a generous cousin in San Antonio who surprises me with gifts I cannot get here in Indiana.
