had fantastic lunch ,yesterday, catered by above caterer who is located on Newport Blvd. C.M. Buffet style with choice of three tortes- Grilled vegetable-my choice and was wonderful-chicken or salmon. I usually shy away from a vegetarian type entree but glad I did not this time. All torte ingredients included 3 cheeses and wrapped in pastry. Also huge trays with excellent crunchy fresh grilled asparagus, green bean and carrots. The cobblers,for dessert was outstanding. Can't wait for my next party-I know who will do the cooking for that one and it won't be me!!
