Tampa - near Bank America Plaza

Hi there. I have a very quick business trip to Tampa next week. I'm a lawyer and have a deposition at the Bank of America building mid-afternoon. I need to meet the witness beforehand at a place where we can talk in relative privacy and hopefully also get a decent meal for lunch. I'm cabbing it from the airport, so would prefer walking distance.

If you are looking for some privacy, if you can get a booth, at Avanzare in the Hyatt you would be happy.

First watch is great, but is always so packed there really is no privacy.

For privacy, good food, and walking distance to BOA, maybe SPAIN on Tampa Street, or Ashley Grille in the Hyatt also on Tampa Street.
First Watch(also on Tampa Street) serves some great breakfast, not sure about lunch.
