      <content>I don't know what you have, but a take on Marion Cunningham's frozen pineapple dessert might work. It is simple.

Freeze your fruit on a baking sheet until solid. Throw it all into a food processor fitted with the steel knife, a 2 egg whites and a just a bit of sugar and let it whirl. It will be a chiffon-like sorbet. Return to freezer until reasy to serve.</content>

      <content>Do you have an imersion blender?  You can break up the ice crystals as they form by blending the mix several times during freezing.  The ideal is to hit it once a slush starts to form, and again before it becomes too stiff.
