Turducken in Calgary

Does anyone know where to get a Turduckin in Calgary?

  1. I don't know if any restaurant serves it, but I know if you go to a good local butcher (Bon Ton Meats by the university in the NW or Second to None Meats on 4th ave, kinda in Mission) they will debone the turkey, chicken, and duck for you and maybe even assemble it. Then all you have to do is roast it (for a very long time) at home.

    1. The Better Butcher on Heritage used to do this during Christmas. Not sure if he is still doing it...

      1. You can order turducken from Valbella Meats in Canmore. Give them a shout - they generally start taking orders for Christmas just before Thanksgiving.
