I frequently travel to Japan, so I never really think about eating ramen elsewhere. I noticed recently though that many ramen shops have popped up in Honolulu (another place I visit frequently). Any recommendations?
Taishoken, a branch of the Tokyo ramen shop is one I like, on Keeaumoku Street a few blocks from Ala Moana Center. Goma Tei in Ward Center is also not bad.
