Vancouver Restaurants

can anyone recommend some restaurants in Vancouver besides West. someplaces for shellfish and chinese/asian food?

    Sun Sui Wah the best chinese by far..........dim sum, live shellfish, roast squab, geoduck, abalone, king crab is serious here.............one location on main st., another in richmond.

      Well if you like sushi, I recommend the Sushi King House on Granville near 64th in the Marpole(south Vancouver) area. The portions are large,food is fresh & the prices are good.
      On a cold damp day I thoroughly enjoy the Seafood Ramen Soup. Tasty with tons of fish/seafood in it. Usually I can not eat the whole thing.

          As huge West fans, we were very impressed with Aqua Vida, right next to the cruise ship terminal. We went because mominlaw wanted a dinner with a view, so were not expecting to be wowed by the food. Big surprise...very creative, architecturally presented dishes, top notch service. Highly recommended.
