Ruth Chris Veal Chop with Hot & Sweet Peppers [Moved from Chains board]
I would love to recreate this dish at home as my butcher has some really top-notch veal chops right now. Does anyone that has tried this dish at Ruth Chris have a suggestion for the marinade? I am thinking peppadews, pepperoncinis, olive oil, s&p, and the vinegar from the pepper jar???
