duck fat in the twin cities

does anyone know where i can go to find duck fat locally?

    Clancey's in Linden Hills likely has it.

    Unrendered aka whole birds also available.

      rendered? Surdyk's has it seasonally - I stopped in a few months ago & they get it for the holidays - but mentioned to call if you were interested.

      I was on a search as well - I checked Whole Foods, Kowalskis, the cheese/gourmet shop between Wild Onion & Bruggers & a few other spots.

      I would recommend waiting til the holiday season - or ordering online.

      If you see it post so I can grab some too. I meant to check the St Paul Farmers Market last time I was there - but it was a zoo

        thanks for the tip. i called surdyk's and they are out right now but the person i talked to thanked me for the reminder and said they would put in an order tomorrow.
