Good food in Podolsk [Moved from International board]

I have a friend waiting to bring home a new (12 year old) addition to her family from Russia to Virginia, and the two are stuck in Podolsk for two more weeks before they can board the plane. Apparently, it's been hard to find good chow. Any suggestions for restaurants?
