Tried at Lucky 97 today but, as it turns out, I wasn't lucky enough to find what I was looking for.
The one and only time I've bought Kaffir lime leaves was at T&T at West Edmonton Mall. It was a large stem (20-30 leaves), well priced and fresh. Not sure how regularly they carry them.
It's definitely a day for Tom Yum soup, so we're on the hunt for lime leaves. I don't really want to drive out to THE MALL. Has anyone found Kaffir lime leaves anywhere near downtown, University?? Thanks!
Just a tip: if and when you do find them, they do store in the freezer for a little while pretty well (in plastic bag).
