Good Dao Xiao Mian(刀削麺)?
Looking for good Dao Xiao Mian (shaved noodles, 刀削麺) in Toronto.
I had a bowl in the food court @ Pacific Mall, was not at all impressed.
(Uneven size&shaped noodles resulting in some overcooked and some uncooked slabs of dough)
Anyone with any recommendations?

Ding Tai Fong at 1st Markham Place (East 7& Warden) has decent ones; my noodle bowl was soaked in beefy tomato stew: very nice.
Downtown's E-pan and Asian Legend also carry them, but neither are freshly.
