Restaurant Week in Las Vegas

I was checking the web for dining ideas on my next trip to Las Vegas and came across this site: http://www.threesquare.org/. Restaurant Week runs 8/2 thru 8/8 and has many strip restaurants offering a special menu at $50, with a percentage going to this charity. Based on the restaurants that have posted their menus, it looks like a good way to try something new while supporting a cause.

Thanks for the heads-up, I'm interested. I have a rather stupid question. Let's look at one menu, Craftsteak for example:
    http://www.threesquare.org/promotion_...

There are three items each listed under apps, entrees, sides, etc. Do you get to choose one of each, or do you get them all, like a tasting menu? I don't know how this works.

Speaking as someone who knows a little bit about how this restaurant works - it is all included for the price but there will probably be a 2-person minimum imposed on the menu.

Just speculation but I would assume this is the case ( as it has been for these type of menus before ).

You select one item under each categroy - apps, entrees and sides.

This is actually in SEPTEMBER...which is 9/2-9/8. I was just in Las Vegas and wondered how I missed it. Looks like a great event.

Sorry for the error, my proofreading sort of goes away by the end of the week.
