So i dunno if you all know actimel is a pretty famous product in europe, uses probiotics to help boost ur immune system and helps my digestive system. i saw that they released it in the US under danactive (i know they had issues with the FDA< probably cause they are french) so after years they are in. Anyone seen it in Canada?! i can't find it at any shops.

I haven't seen either of the brands you mention, but there is definitely one new yogurt on the Canadian market that makes a similar claim. It's called Yoptimal (by Yoplait, bien sur) and while I can't confirm it's immune-boosting properties, I can tell you the free sample I got a month or so ago was pretty darn tasty.

Activia works great. A group of uis ate it for two weeks before going to Mexico; we ate and drank like champions with not even the slightest upset stomach or other digestive issues. Went off it over a month ago and I feel like garbage. Just bought a whack last week and began eating it daily again.

I just, asked the girl what is the best of the probiotic yogurts, she said these ones average to have about 1000 cells in them, where as there is a product available at health food stores called BIO K , it is a small yogurty drink and has 50 billion cells (wow!), sells for about $3.50 a shot...
