Los Cubanos is the latest place to find the Calvo family. Way back they opened Cuban International on Sixth St, then they sold it and went to Florida. After a while they came back and opened La Habana. I think they've sold that too. In any event, that would account for some similarity in the menus.

I could be wrong, but I think their grandson is now part of the family business. IMO Mr. Calvo (senior) is still the best Cuban cook in town.

After many fruitless attempts to soothe my Cuban husband's nostalgia, I'm eager to try this place even if it is a long drive from O-town. Please post address if you will. Thanks!
