    Two of my favorite places...

Is saying to order everything lame?

At Boulevard any of the oven roasted meats (i.e. rack of lamb) are stellar bets. I think they also do an excellent job with Foie Gras. Out of something like six dinners at Boulevard in the last couple of years I've only had one dish that wasn't excellent (stuffed pork chop).

I'm sure you've read all about A16 food here since it's commonly discussed. Eat the burrata and any pasta and you'll be happy. I've never had a bad dish at A16.

At Boulevard last November I had a Kurobuta (Berkshire) pork chop that was outrageously good. It wasn't stuffed however. It's still on the menu, with different, more seasonal accompaniments. I remember enjoying every single thing we ordered (three of us shared everything).
At A16 I loved the tripe, it you are into that sort of thing it was a stellar rendiiton.

I had a pork chop at NOPA recently that was also fantastic. I love Boulevard, but this was a better piece of meat.
