if it's just be basic things you need and don't need to be particular about brands or types of flour/sugar, etc., the big warehouse places have 50 pound bags of flour, 25 pound bags of sugar, huge bags of yeast, baking soda, baking powder, salt, etc. But for each item, they usually only have one type and brand. But I'm guessing you are looking for something with more selection...

Blaze, what are you looking for? I used to shop at Restaurant Depot (I had a connection). However, I have gotten many items at BJ's in a pinch. I used to have a dessert catering business and besides getting my high quality chocolate, those are the places I would frequent.
