Breakfast in San Francisco

I'll be in the City on Friday, staying near the intersection of Lombard and Van Ness and looking for a breakfast recommendation.

breakfast at campton place is special. breakfast at the palace is very good. other places are ok.

We were in san Fran in July and went to Dotties True Blue cafe. I don't think it is anywhere near you, but if you happen to be near the Tenderloin, try it- Geary and Jones. It was awesome (the restaurant not the 'hood).

You cannot beat Rose's Cafe at Union and Steiner(?), not more than 5 minutes from where you are staying. Great for other meals as well.
