Hi all, would any of you share with me your favorite hole-in-the-wall food places in paris? I tried to search it but didn't manage to find much. By hole-in-the-wall, I mean a place you guys would normally go to when you don't feel like cooking or like to pass by to grab a snack. It doesn't have to be pretty nor trendy. I just want to snack my way through paris and occasionally grab a full bite somewhere. I am planning a trip in december and would really appreciate any recs! BTW, I don't mind trekking to destination as long as it is worth it. Thanks again for the help!

Agree with Le Timbre, Rue Sainte-Beuve, 6th.
Also a nice tiny hole-in-the-wall: La Cerisaie, Blvd. Edgar-Quinet, 14th.

Shin Jung for terrific Korean in a very low-key setting:

Café Creme in the north of the 3rd, near the big blue covered market, for very good cheeseburgers.

Here my budget dining list in Paris (this was a post on this board which I turned into one on my blog): http://julotlespinceaux.blogspot.com/..., places where I go when I don't feel like cooking. As for snacks, see mostly bakeries.

Hi souphie, your link isn't working at the moment, would you mind verifying that for me, I would really appreciate seeing your list. Thanks so much everyone for sharing your places with me!

That should work. Or just visit the whole blog.
