Anyone have any unknown, cheap gems in Palm Beach/Broward?

I am seeking little known, inexpensive restaurants, joints, food markets, etc. in Palm Beach & Broward Counties. I am looking for those places you all love but nobody knows about. The trick is to find great that doesn't cost a lot.

in lake worth there is an amazing little mexican restaurant called "the taco lady". fantastic! the absolute best tacos and wet burritos i have had on this side of the states!

there is also a great little retro diner called "howley's" 4700 s. dixie hwy in west palm beach. the highest priced menu item is 22 dollars..and that is for the tastiest crab cakes that you could encounter. the average dish there is about 8 bucks. they have a great variety and a fun and creative staff.

    happy hunting...

Gran Forno on Los Olas - great baked savories at lunch

La Mia Focaccia - lunch only (great italian sandwiches on fresh baked facaccia bread) on Powerline North of commercial blvd

Fernandas Gourmet Market - I like their pierogies in the delis yum!

Cote France Bakery in Boca Raton (new location in Royal Palm Plaza) great Croque Monsier and Macaroon cookies

      Hope this helps...
