Quick-ish but good near State Dept 4 Lunch

Any suggestions for a quick-ish (can sit down but not linger) good lunch near (walking distance) State?

I am thinking that I had Indian on like 21st across E at some point, but I am not even sure what restaurant it was.

Any other suggestions? All cuisines welcome.
