Sushi - Crab without a "k"

Does anyone know what Sushi restauants make their rolls with real crab? I keep finding "krab" and mayo and they are horrible.

I can verify that Hana does infact serve Crab and Krab. You can specify which you want.

Hiro in Scottsdale uses real crab. They ask if you want real or immitation when you order.

According to Hana's (7th Ave & Missouri) site, they have crab. That is to say, they spell it with a C. I don't know if that means in fact, it is crab.

I can tell you that Hana Sushi (on Union Hills and 7th Ave) has Krab Salad (with Mayo). I am equally turned off by this, but knowing that, I will order differently next time.

Had a sushi lunch at Kona Grill at Chandler Fashion Square mall today, and the California Roll was crab.

I think at a lot of places you can pay extra for real crab. Places like Tokyo Lobby, Hana, Sushi Eye, and the like might have it. I haven't been to a lot of the sushi places in the EV, so I can't say for those.
