Lunch and 2 dinners in Seattle-suggestions please

  • 3

We will be spending a friday evening and a saturday in downtown Seattle (Westin hotel) at the end of this month and would appreciate suggestions for 3 unique local spots with an emphasis on seafood. I would prefer someplace walkable from our location. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    1. Maximilian's in the Market (Pike's Place Market behind the "flying fish" stand) is a terrific little French Bistro with a great view of Elliott Bay. Purple Cafe is outstanding! And Etta's Seafood is wonderful.

      1. "Matt's in the Market, a seafood place," says it all, though you can hit more good fish within a good line-drive from there than from most anywhere in the country. Nearby (and opinions vary always), are Etta's, Flying Fish, Elliott's, Cutter's, Cafe Zoe, and there are so many I am leaving out I will surely get mail.
