I went to his website with the hopes to download his recipe for Alsatian stuffed Cabbage and I can't. Does somebody have a link to this or a really good similar recipe? thanks

It worked for me -- thanks, it looks tasty although I don't know if I can really live with stuffed cabbage without tomato sauce....
