Visitor wants recommendations

  • 2

We will be in Toronto for a couple of days in September (Downtown at the Royal York) and are looking for dining suggestions. Fancy not required. Well-prepared rather than "over the top". "local favorites"?

Thanks

  1. Sorry we are not jumping on this one Baron, but we get the request a lot. If there is something specific you are looking for please ask and I'm sure you'll get lots of help.

    1. What makes Toronto special is the diversity - restaurants with food from around the world. It might be easier if you specify what type of food you want and even what you are looking to spend.

Some of Toronto's finest establishments might not be described as over the top, but some of the most popular are over the top in price - but are often worth it.

Pick a country or style of food and it would be easier to make some suggestions - or even to be told "nothing foreign" would be enough.
