Bay and Dundas

Any cheap restaurant recommendation within 5-10 minute walk of Bay and Dundas? I've read through a lot of posts in the past few hours, but I am more curious as to what people are feeling these days.

Seems like most restaurants on Baldwin actually aren't that good. Oro is too expensive. Adega is falling in quality...

I really like Coconut Grove, on Dundas near Chestnut. Good veggie roti, and nice owners. And cheap? You could afford a second lunch, if you had room.

Terroni's on Victoria Street isn't bad, if you're looking for a decent pizza or pasta dish.

I like Hana Korea on Baldwin. Can't get cheaper than that. It's not the best Korean I've had, but it was good, fresh, good service and incredibly cheap ($5.95 - $6.95 for most mains and you get green tea and korean apps).
