Looking for a Seafood or Bistro Recommendation

Two Bostonians want to treat their hosts, dear old friends, to a dinner of either seafood/fish or bistro fare in Seattle.
We're looking for a combination of very good food and a pleasant, casual atmosphere.

        Seattle, per the original post.

I just had another fabulous meal at Boat Street Cafe. And, as a bonus, it's a bistro that serves great fish. The food is decievingly simple - but don't underestimate it. On Friday, the french doors were open to their beautiful courtyard. It was a magical evening.
