Where can I buy 'sugo di cinghiale'
Does anyone know where I can buy 'sugo di cinghiale' (wild boar sauce for pasta) which is from Tuscany? In Italy I bought small jars of it for pasta and just finished my last jar. I have checked all the Italian supermarkets in Woodbridge and haven't found it.
Thanks in advance

re: Romana
You may want to pass by Cumbraes or any of the better butchers in the city and ask if they can make it for you. Last time I asked the guys at Cumbraes (on Bayview) what kind of notice they would need to order specific cuts of meat from wild game (e.g. boar, venison, buffalo, etc). From what I recall they told me a couple of weeks, and they also mentioned that the can do the marinade for me as well.
Granted, this is a sauce we are talking about and not a chunk of meat, and I am going on my memory from a few months ago. But I still think it would be worthwhile to call and ask...
