*and mini ham biscuits  [I just had some mini ham biscuits earlier this week where the ham had been roughly chopped and then the insides of the biscuits had been slathered in a brown sugar and butter mixture.  They were TOO DIE FOR]</content>

      <content>Lettuce wraps are a favorite of mine and the filling can be done the day before.  Also halved figs with a small slice of roquefort or gorgonzola and a drizzle of good balsamic is always popular.</content>
