Any suggestions on some "hot" or "cold" finger food appetizers for a party of ten?

Lettuce wraps are a favorite of mine and the filling can be done the day before. Also halved figs with a small slice of roquefort or gorgonzola and a drizzle of good balsamic is always popular.

*Dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), (I use Tyler's recipe on foodtv.com, but have seen delicious variations here on Chowhound
*and mini ham biscuits [I just had some mini ham biscuits earlier this week where the ham had been roughly chopped and then the insides of the biscuits had been slathered in a brown sugar and butter mixture. They were TOO DIE FOR]

Saw these on Good Deal with Dave Lieberman this morning and thought they looked divine.
