You can only go to kona grill's happy hour so many times before you realize that it is not that great. The service sucks, the sushi sucks, and the only good thing on the happy hour menu is $6.00 sake bombs! It has turned into the trendy happy hour. I want something better. So if anyone knows of some great places or personal favorites for happy hour or even just some cool bars please share! Most appetizers and wines by the glass are half off during happy hour. Validation is available if you park in the Hayden Square garage. A mile or so southeast, Four Peaks Brewery is a good choice with draft beers brewed on site available at reduced prices. I't's a fairly upscale place for dinner (can be expensive) but at the bar at happy hour appetizers are half price and there are specials on drinks. Furio has a good happy hour too. (old town scottsdale) I recall some great experiences at The Farm at South Mountain in years prior, but don't have any updated info if they still do a happy hour. Anyone know? The Village tavern is one of my old time faves, I wish it were closer to me. The food is awesome and huge portions, great wine list and just overall great vibe. I think it's on scottsdale rd and Double tree this is a must! I don't hang in scottsdale much so that is all the input I have as far as happy hrs.
