What are their best items for mail out? Ribs? Shoulder or brisket? Any input would be appreciated!!

I live in Memphis & I can tell you their food rocks. I like their shoulder best- I have other favorite rib places in town

Ribs and shoulder are good. Don't know about the Brisket.
