I bought a basket of fresh Ontario peaches at the market the other day and they are slowly starting to turn. What can I do with them before they all turn bad??

Thanks!

If you like to can fruits and veggies, you could try making peach butter, which would be a real treat for your toast and biscuits in the winter. Here's an easy recipe:

Another thing you can do is make peach pies and freeze them until you feel like baking one. There are plenty of peach pie recipes online, especially at the good recipe sites like allrecipes, cdkitchen and cooks.com. Lucky you, having a whole basket of those luscious fruits!
