I do not think the Pantry does breakfast 24/7 unless they have changed. What Cassell's, the burger place?

I don't think anything ever changes at the Pantry. It is my memory that may be changing. I know the Pantry is 24/7 but I think the only meals (many when I attended school nearby) I have had there were breakfast. I also recall that during the several years that I ate there often it was at, or near, lunch time. Maybe I just got out of class earlier than I recall and went there during the late morning hours. Anyway, what I liked there was the thick slices of San Francisco sourdough toast and enjoyed watching how they slice it with a large knife in one hand and the bread in the other hand. The pancakes and bacon were always perfect.

I was thinking of trying Ordonez for some crispy tacos that I read about on another post and so I called to see whether they are open. I was told they are open 24 hours. "We don't close," is what they told me. I just returned and IMO the Beef tacos dorado (shredded roast beef in a crispy shell) are very good. The meat and cheese is what make these a classic hard shell taco. The asada sope is also very good made with a chary asada and fresh sope.

Man, you gotta try Sanamluang in Hollywood for some Thai.
Roosevelt Hotel
1 2nd La Cabana!
Also, Commerce Casino has good food (I hope I don't get kicked out of the club for saying that)

In addition to Sanamluang, there's also Ruen Pair, both open until 4am.
25 Degrees in the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood is open 24 hours a day.
And of course, Pink's.
There's a lot of places in KTown open at all hours. I'll start with BCD Tofu House on Wilshire.

The funky all-yellow restaurant at the LA Standard Hotel downtown is open 24 hours a day. Cool spot with tasty food, too.

Ramen at Koraku, I think they close like at 4am

A popular late night hangout if you're in the Koreatown area:
-BCD Tofu House (24/7 open) - for Korean Tofu Soup. Popular with all folks. 3575 Wilshire Blvd. (1 or 2 blocks east of Western)
-many of the pho places in Ktown are also open 24/7 if you have the craving for tasty broth
*Ktown is great for late late night drinking, karaoke, dining. I don't know how open your party is in regards to ethnic dishes (I have great recs for Abalone soup at 4am!).
-El Taurino - open 24/7 on Olympic/Hoover for some great carne asada!!!
