Centro Vinoteca?
We're coming down from Boston in a couple of weeks and have reservations here. Has anyone tried it yet? Would love to hear some reports. TIA.

Have been there a few times, and I was nothing but impressed. The wine list is great, and reasonably priced. The pre-appetizer menu that you are presented with before the actual menu should not be overlooked. The shrimp in garlic is amazing, and the eggplant cakes with ricotta have the consistency of polenta...both are must tries.
The one dish I was unimpressed with, which we got on our second visit, were the goat cheese stuffed zucchini blossoms. I found the batter that coated the zucchini to be very underseasoned. Ironically, even the goat cheese itself was not salty enough to compensate. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't memorable either.
For mains, the spaghetti with the tuna was fresh and delicious...a perfect summer dish. The grilled pizzette (which I had as a main once) was great. The crust was soo thin (almost cracker-like), and the homemade sausage was spicy, but with great flavor. Another standout main was the skate. The flavors in the dish were incredible, and the presentation was great.
The service is attentive and polite. They are also genuinely interested in the feedback you have (as opposed to some other newly opened restaurants that shall remain nameless).
all in all, this is one of my new favorite spots. Go and enjoy!!!!

Going on Sat...can't wait...i've been trying to recruit a partner in crime. I'm glad to finally see some reviews. So the blossoms weren't that great...damn...thats a bummer. I had them at Bottega and they were pretty awesome. Experimented at home and they came out great too...seems easy enough.
