We tried it recently and were not impressed. The food wasn't bad (the guacamole was OK as were the flautas), but it wasn't that good either. Overall, it wasn't someplace I would return to. It was also very noisy.

My wife and her friend had dinner there on Thursday and they liked it. The Carnitas were good/juicy(not dry and salty like Tres Agaves), the tortillas homemade, and the service was decent. She didn't like the Margarita, and thought the prices were way too high. (we live near International/Fruitvale-so we are used to the $1.25 taco not $5.00). But given its locale you know this place isn't going to be cheap. It looks like it will fit in with the rest of the places on Stuart street: overpriced, good not great food, and a "happy hour" with $5 beers/$7 Margaritas(what a bargin!)
