leftover fish uses?

I grilled a beautiful whole sea bass last night (very yummy!) and have leftover fish in the refrigerator.
Any ideas on how to use up?

Clean the meat off of the bones (or not), serve cold with hot rice and a sauce to the side: chopped chili, cilantro, and chives; fish sauce or soy sauce, lime juice, bit of brown sugar or honey, and a few drops of toasted sesame oil.

      Yummmm Sam!
I would make a grilled sea bass burrito! On the tortilla I would put feta cheese, sauteed onions, avocado, the grilled bass, lots of fresh lime and cilantro.
Bake or cook in a heavy skillet with a dash of oil.
Salsa of your choice to garnish!

      More Ideas:
-Flaked fish over pasta with peas, olive oil, and sea salt
-Fish tacos in soft flour tortillas with shredded veggies and salsa
-If you want to do a little more work, you could really shred the fish and put it back together using a crab cake type of recipe and make sandwiches with fish cakes

I am making Amber Jack salad for lunch tomorrow in place of tuna. Love that stuff.

cooked fish can be used in a fish cake and pan fried.
