Papaya colada sorbet

I recently saw a recipe for this and now I can't find it, and I want to make it next weekend. Does anyone know where this might be found? I suppose I could fake it, using pureed papaya and coconut milk, maybe a little lime juice and some sugar, but I wish I could find the original recipe. (I know I have too many cookbooks but this is ricidulous . . . I'm pretty sure it's lurking in this house somewhere.)

I never located the recipe, but I ended up making mango colada instead. I used a couple cans of TJ's low fat coconut milk (much creamier than I expected), a cup of half and half, a couple of mangos, about 1 1/4 cup sugar, the juice and zest of 3 key limes, and a pinch of salt. It was very good, although it took longer to freeze than ice cream made with heavy cream.
