strawberry-rhubarb

I'd love any tried and true strawberry-rhubarb pie recipes. It seems that the few times I've made one, the filling is overly-juicy and is impossible to cut. Also, some of the pies I've had have been a bit too sweet. Any help would be appreciated!

  1. I really like the recipe in Sheila Luskin's Celebrate cookbook (co-author of the Silver Pallette). I haven't found it to be overly juicy, or too sweet. I'm sure CI has devoted some energy to figuring out the consistency issue.
