Jocko's in Santa Maria
On our way up passing Santa Barbara, there is a quite famous place known for it's oak grilled steaks and burgers called Jocko's. It's in Santa Maria located in a small town called Nipomo. Going north on the 101, the offramp is Tefft Road going east. We always stop off for their humongous juicy burgers and if it's dinnertime, steaks. I'm known to eat a lot but their signature double cheeseburger special with everything on plus the accompanying side orders of fries, slaw, BBQ beans, etc., it's quite a feat to finish. The prices are very reasonable if you had to compare to other comparable steakhouses. If you like meat, this is the place!
