<content>My favorite place, "Gurume something" in the Mitsuwa market on Venice &amp; Centinela is now gone. With the recent remodel and addition of Santouku and others, it has been replaced by China Table. I tried their pork ginger with rice and egg omelette covering thingy and it was okay. I miss the Gurume place. They had a tasty ginger pork dish and other really good dishes.

Can anyone recommend this type of Japanese stir-fry style restaurant? I'm specifically looking for gyu-stamina dishes. Ramen-ya has something similar, but I think that place is best for ramen.
