Ceviche in Philly now?

Now that Pasion! has closed, where can I find good ceviche? Is Pernot doing his thing at Cuba Libre?

I also remember having some decent ceviche a while back at a place called Isla Verde in North Philly, but it wasn't enough to drag me back there if I can find better.
