salsa recipe from jumbo empanadas kensington market

does anyone have the recipe for the killer salsa at jumbo empanadas in the kensington market? it's so fresh,tasty and addictive.
Also the CORN PIE should not be missed

    1. More garlic than the average salsa for sure. Also very finely (almost minced or processed) ingredients.

      1. I too have been trying to re-create this salsa for years.
        The basic suspects: tomato, jalapeno, onion, garlic
        Suspected: Lime juice, vinegar

        It seems to have almost a double punch that's why I'm thinking lime and vinegar.
        And yes, I did ask, and got no answers.

        1. It tastes very like a version I used to make all the time, but haven't in ages. That one used plum tomatoes (no seeds), onion, jalapenos, white vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, tiniest touch of cinnamon and lastly: fresh coriander.
