Craft- tonight

I'm super excited about my Craft dinner tonight, that I seem to be spending all day studying the menu and these board, deciding what I'm going to get. the pork belly seems to be a given- so what fish and sides to follow??? I'm also suspicious about the posts about the lack of disclosure when it comes to come what sides don't have dairy or gluten in them? Other than that, I'm game...

  1. I'm a big fan of the veal sweetbreads as an appetizer, and the assorted mushrooms as a side.

    1. We spent quite a bit of time last night at Craft discussing what ingredients might or might not be in certain dishes, our servers were very knowledgeable (as they should be), so just ask. I'll add that the menu had a bit more information about some dishes than menus I'd seen online. Also, they offered to leave certain things out if we chose a particular dish (which we didn't). I was concerned about this issue due to a prior experience at Craftsteak, but my fears didn't come to pass.
