We went once about a year ago (I think). It wasn't much for atmosphere (e.g., glaring fluorescent tubes overhead), but the food was tasty and well-priced. We split the kibbeh plate (quite good) and (I think) hummus and a green salad of some kind. I'm glad to have it as an option for nearby casual dining, but I don't know that I would consider it a "destination".

True, it's borderline dive-y. However, it's clean, the staff and owners friendly (if you engage them), and they do serve better middle-eastern food than most in quite a wide radius. I work nearby and go there for lunch quite often, and it's still my favorite for such eats in downtown and midtown.
