This recipe was in either Gourmet or Bon Appetit magazine about fifteen years ago. It is wonderful with cold chicken in the summertime and makes a chicken sandwich voluptuous. Take 1 cup of any commercial mayonnaise from a jar and add to it 2 tablespoons tahine, 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp hot red pepper, and 1 tablespoon dried mint or 2 tablespoons minced fresh mint. Gets better if it sits in the refrigerator for a day or so.

Sounds fabulous. Thanks. Commerical mayo is pretty decent w/ grated ginger and some soy sauce blended in as a shrimp dip, too.
