Best Business Lunch in Pasadena

What restaurant in Pasadena has the best food/service/ambiance for a business lunch?
They're on an expense account, but I'm sure that they don't want to break the bank.

TIA for your help.

      I second the Parkway Grill.

A second choice for me would be Il Fornaio

I like to stay away from Colorado so I head over to SALADANGS.

i'll probably get crucified for this, but... twin palms. (jumps under desk before anything hits him and sulks away... looking over his shoulder.)

Since we're jumping for cover, add my recommendation for Cafe Bizou.

concur on PG. also, THE TERRACE @ the RITZ-CARLTON. it's quieter than PG, and you can sit for a long time and do not need to worry about ending your conversation prematurely.

do Parkway Grill. curious about the "ending your conversation prematurely"? You can make a reservation and request the atrium, its a little alcove with windows surrounding it. very nice, a litte kept away from the rest of the dining room. You can stay as long as you'd like.

btw, the pictures on the website are old. they have remodeled since then....

we've had biz discussions that have gone to 3:30pm and 4pm and have been asked to move to the bar.

Parkway is nice for lunch, and if you travel a few minutes into South Pasadena both Mike and Annes and Brigante are open for lunch (at least they used to be). They are both great places too.
